Register as an artist. Write your artistic name, real name, with real information about your art and your skills. Enter the title of each of your artworks in order to others identify them. You can also add a description of each artwork. Delete the ones you dont like and add as many as you want, whenever you want to.

Create a header image that presents your artwork and portfolio. this is the size of your file: 776px × 219px Choose and upload an image profile that will appear in the front list of artist that are in our gallery. Choose your art types. Grab as many skills as you have. Remember this is a protfolio, if the type doesnt appear, create a new one.

Save and Submit. Your artist profile will be public upon approval. Your artwork will be exhibit if you apply correctly. We dont accept advertizement, promotion of other sites, nor anything that is not Art. This is an ART GALLERY. Also we reserve our rights to deny any submition that looks unapropiate for our readers and visitors. No Pornography, no Violence, no Racism, Not Explicit Language, Please or your artwork wont be displayed.

This guides are easy to follow, all the artist that want to join us have the same chances to being exhibit in our gallery, we only ask you to keep your portfolio professional or wont be submited nor admitted.

Please read all of the following guidelines before submitting artwork to All Negative Magazine.

• What is All Negative?

All Negative is an online and printed magazine created by the collaboration of many artists and talented people, that want to be published to exhibit and promote their work.

• What kinds of Artworks does All Negative publish?

All Negative publishes all traditional, digital, 3d and Art related media that normally is known as a discipline, skill or mastery, including music, literature and other forms. At the moment you create a profile as an artist, you can add a description of the kind of work you do. We have a list of categories where your art can be classified, also you can choose several options depending how many skills you have. The point is to be clear what kind of artwork are you exhibiting. We don't accept advertisement nor images with commercial purposes.

• Can I submit other people's art?

Submitting other people´s art work without their permission, even if you give them due credit, is not allowed. Please ask the original artist for permission first before you wish to submit their art work. Do not take it upon yourself to submit what isn't yours. The artworks that dont have full information will be deleted, also the ones we suspect they dont belong to the user.

• What kind of media is acceptable?

Any form of illustrative medium is acceptable be it traditional: Art done in pencils, color pencils, paint, water color etc. Digital Art: Art colored, draw or altered in Photoshop, painter or any other art program, Vector Art: Line art created mostly in Illustrator. 3D Art: Art created using a 3D rendering program such as Maya, Lightwave or 3D Studio Max. Music, the MP3 format, 3 at least songs per album.

You can paste your Literature, short and long stories, poems, songs, philosophy , etc. Just select them as Writings, Poems, Review or Articles.

Tattoo artist, clear pictures of your work on skin, designs and sketches. Photographers, Sculpting, clear pictures and photographs of your work. Muralist, clear pictures and photos of your work.

• Can I submit my old art?

It is perfectly fine to submit art work that is several years old. However, it may be to your benefit to submit your newer work, if your skills have evolved since the creation of the original piece of art. Plus consider this site as your portfolio or resume, add as much information you want to give to the people.

• So, how do I submit?

Register as an user and log as an artist, create a profile, upload your artworks, write down all your information and fill all the spaces that are requested. Submit, save and wait for few day for the supervisors to check and confirm your portfolio as part as All Negative.

• What format should I send my file as?

Please upload your files as JPEG, PNG, Giff, Valid Image Formats.

• How many samples do I need to send before being accepted?

Add as many as you want.

• How can i send my artwork to be published in the magazine?

Write down to submit@allnegative.com, CMYK 300dpis resolution.

• Whats the magazine format, so I could adjust the design of my Comics and Mangas?

The magazine format is 17cm widht and 26 high each page. 24 pages in colours. CMYK files.

• What does my submitting to All Negative Magazine imply?

By submitting your artwork to us, you're agreeing to let your work be displayed on All Negative site and magazine for a period of time. We at All Negative do not believe in unauthorized circulation of your art work.

For any reason you do not desire your art work to be displayed on the page, we will take it down. However, it is preferable that you don't, for we like to keep All Negative archives as intact as possible.

• Is there a minimum quality requirement? Are all pictures accepted?

To some extent, a minimum quality is required. You will receive a notification that you been accepted by the administrator. All Negative Magazine refuses to display all images and works with bad quality, that contain excessive violence, erotic/pornographic content, defamatory, racial or any other kind of controversial content. We reserve the right to refuse submitted art for any of these reasons. Please remember that some of our readers are minors.
